Haiku is a form of direct, unforced poetry that is deeply rooted in Zen and the natural world. In this special morning of Zen practice we will take our meditation into the natural world to discover our own haiku, with the opportunity to share our surprises with the wider group.
The morning will begin with zazen, followed by a short talk, an open period of wandering and writing, and group sharing at the end.
Pens, paper and universe provided.
Note that no prior experience of haiku is required - only your experience of haiku on the day!
