Join us for zazen (seated meditation), teisho (dharma talk) and dharma inquiry with Kynan Sutherland Roshi.

On the third Sunday of each month we open up the dojo for zazen, teisho (dharma talk) and dharma inquiry. This is an important way to deepen your practice with sangha friends and explore how practice can illuminate your daily life.

Sitting mats, benches, chairs and cushions are all provided. Feel free to bring your own equipment if that’s more comfortable for you.
