Kynan Sutherland will be assisting Susan Murphy at Zen Open Circle’s upcoming Spring Sesshin near Berry, NSW from 14 - 21 September 2019.

Sesshin is a multi-day Zen meditation retreat with a ancient schedule that creates a deep, quiet container for practice. Each day offers zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), chanting (liturgy), oryoki (formal meals), dokusan (personal interviews with the teachers) and samu (work practice). Full time attendance (Saturday to Saturday): $490 + dana*
Full time concession: $400 + dana*
