Join us for a morning of silent walking meditation (yatra) in the bush, followed by morning tea and dharma discussion. A beautiful way to let your body and mind settle into the rocks, trees and waters of Central Victoria.
Don’t forget to bring sturdy boots, water, hat, wet weather gear (if raining), morning tea and a sense of wonder.
