Castlemaine Zen is delighted to announce a new online interactive course to help you step firmly onto the path of Zen.
Over four weeks you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Zen, including zazen, how to establish and maintain a regular practice, the Bodhisattva Path and Zen koans. All of this in the company of Sensei Kynan Sutherland, apprentice teacher in the Diamond Sangha Lineage.
The four sessions will be offered via ZOOM on Monday nights 7.30 - 8.30pm. You will also have access to a dedicated discussion thread and regular sits with the Castlemaine Zen Sangha. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and experience the practice first-hand.
Please note that places are strictly limited, so don’t miss out!
