On the third Saturday of every month we meet for zazenkai, an extended afternoon of Zen practice.

Join us for sutra chanting, zazen (seated meditation), kinhin (walking meditation), dokusan (interviews with Kynan Sutherland Sensei), and lively dharma discussion. Each month we explore a new topic to shed light on the way Zen practice awakens our everyday life.

Beginners are very welcome. If you would like to arrange an orientation or receive monthly email reminders, please contact us here.

PLEASE NOTE: We take hygiene very seriously at Castlemaine Zen. This is especially so with the spread of coronavirus. To view a list of our simple guidelines please visit our hygiene page.
